1. Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
2. How to Request a Return

3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
4. Warranty
- All products come with a 30-day warranty from delivery, covering manufacturing defects and functional faults.
- Eligible claims will receive a free replacement or full refund.
- Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
