1. Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@pilatescoree.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and address details.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

4. Warranty

  • All products come with a 30-day warranty from delivery, covering manufacturing defects and functional faults.
  • Eligible claims will receive a free replacement or full refund.
  • Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
