Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with PilatesCoree. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period. You may return both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Certain items such as hygiene-related products may not be eligible for return once opened, for health and safety reasons. These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us at support@pilatescoree.com within 30 days of delivery. We will provide the return address and return instructions.
All returns must be sent via mail. We do not accept in-person returns.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free. A prepaid return label will be included in the package for all eligible returns.
5. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order if needed.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

9. Fraudulent Returns
PilatesCoree reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if abuse is suspected, including repeated returns or altered merchandise.
